How To Order
Here's a detailed tutorial on how to order from Ukraine with Express delivery to Australia through ukimart®.
1. Pick Your Items
Consider anything from a traditional Vyshyvanka to an iconic Ukrainian Roshen® chocolate bar, or even any* of your unique personal items: we can delivery anything*.
2. Fill out the Order Request Form
Access the Order Request Form here and complete it with order details. Entering incorrect weight and dimension for one of the items can lead to major delays. Detailed explanation on how to fill in the form can be found here.
3. Await staff approval
Our staff members will review your order request. We will ensure that all the items in your order request are allowed for international postal transportation, and if some items don't comply, your order request will be declined and a rejection reason will be provided.
4. View & Accept the price quote
After your order request is approved by our staff, you'll receive a price quote to your email, where you will see the costs calculated for your order. If you agree to the set out pricing & would like to continue, accept the price quote. Otherwise, your order request will be automatically deleted after the price quote is overdue.
5. Pay for your order
Pay for your order through the order details page for your order. After successfull payment, your order status will automatically update, and you will have access to assigned agent data and the item tracking number uploading tools.
6. Organise delivery of items
After your payment for your order is confirmed, you will need to organise delivery of items. If you want to get items from a Ukrainian online marketplace (eg. Rozetka, Prom), then simply order the items with recepient details of your agent (submit an order for your assigned agent's name, phone number, and delivery address). Otherwise, if your items are held by anyone else in Ukraine, ask them to send the items to your assigned agent, giving them the assigned agent's full name, phone number, and delivery address.
7. Let us take over
Your assigned agent will receive the parcel with your item through Nova Post Post Office or Parcel Locker. After that, we will organise the delivery of your item from your assigned agent to our Australian warehouse.
8. Book a pick-up appointment
If you have chosen to pick up your order offline at our warehouse in Sydney, you will be able to book a pick-up time for your order through the order details page. This step is only relevant if you chose to pick up your order from our warehouse as the collection method.
9. Collect your order
If you planned to pick-up your order from the warehouse, arrive at the warehouse address 2-3 minutes before the schedueld pick-up time and contact our contact phone on arrival. Otherwise, simply collect your order from your doorstep, delivered to your house in cooperation with AusPost®.
Be aware, that the order constraints are as follows:
- Weight of all items from the order cannot exceed 29.5 kg (or 29500 grams).
- Total volume of all items from the order cannot exceed 117649 cm³ (or 0.117649 m³).
