Sending small items from Ukraine to Australia by post has always been expensive—until now. We’re introducing ukimart: the first re-delivery service uniting Ukraine and Australia by providing affordable delivery of small items.
Ordering from Ukraine is simpler than ever before.
We give the opportunity to order ANYTHING* from ANY* Ukrainian marketplace or shop that doesn't deliver to overseas, and get it delivered to your doorstep.
1. Make and Order Request.
Visit the order request form page through the button below to submit an order request. After you submit the order request, our staff will review it, and if approved, you'll receive a price quote, which you'll be able to accept or reject. If accepted, you're expected to pay for your order within 7 days of accepting the price quote.
2. Order from the Ukrainian shop to your agent's name and address.
After your order request is approved and you've paid for the service and delivery fees, submit an order on the Ukrainian shop's website/app (from which you'd like to order), with delivery to the address of an assigned ukimart agent located in Ukraine (you will be given a Ukrainian delivery address).
3. Await final delivery or pick-up from our warehouse.
While your order gets delivered to Australia, you can track it through the button below. If you chose courier delivery as your final delivery method, we will send your order with AusPost, otherwise, you'll have to book a pick-up appointment to collect your order. NOTE: Pick-up is only available in Sydney.

We have designed a tool to calculate the approximate cost of our service. To use the tool, simply enter the details of the item that you are interested in, and specify the way you'd like to receive that item in Australia (pick-up in Sydney or get it delivered with AusPost). While using this tool, it is important to remember that the tool only approximates the total cost of the service and delivery fees.
