Besides the original charger, another local adaptor will be sent together according to the destination like EU plug, UK plug, American plug, Australia plug, etc.

Multi-Language ROM Flash:

Due to the original/official ROM of some Chinese brand mobile phone like XIAOMI are only with language of English and Chinese without third language.

Before shipping, we ALWAYS open the package and check the quality of every phone and install multi language ROM to be suitable for worldwide customers.

If this default operation is NOT OK for you, needing original/oficial ROM, please contact us as soon as you place the order within 12 hours.

After 12 hours and our quick shipping operation, keeping original/ official ROM can NOT be processed after the shipping.

Shipping Paid:

1>Working days is from Monday to Friday, weekend(sat&sun) and holidays during the way(original, transfer country, destination) are not included.

2>Transportation time is the average time according to history of very courier,  they publicized above working efficiency, according to the delivery uncertainty, no one can not 100% assure the time including courier himself. Neither UkiMart.com

3>Netherlands´Post or other couriers, there will be big possibility to delay in peak logistics season. As our history experience, they will have abundant parcels before holiday, such as 1 months before Christmas, 1 month before Chinese New Year. We strongly suggest purchasing to avoid peak season of delivery.

4>Once any delay happened, UkiMart will do best to push couriers to operate quickly, such as emphasis the importance of their service, describing the situation.

 

Signing Reception of Parcel

Elegant and hard packing material are adopted to protect product during long air delivery and well sealed, which makes sure the parcel arrive in perfect condition without any damage.

Please do check the package before you signing it. If the package is visibly damaged with product broken, please DO NOT sign the package and contact us as soon as possible. And the items should be returned in their original packaging completely with all accessories and documentation. Once received it back into our warehouse, we'll issue a free replacement with a brand new one or full refund to you via PayPal. Emphasis Again, please DO NOT sign the damaged package; otherwise, it will be complicated to solve it, with your signature and unpacking product, it’s hard to distinguish who should be responsible for the damage.
