1>Before Signing Reception of the Parcel & Products

If the package had been damaged before signing reception, please DO NOT sign it and delivery company will return the parcel to us, and your product will be sent again completely same as your order without paying anymore. Or if you already signed it and find the damage, please contact the delivery company within 24 hours to issue the damage report and then send to our service.

2>2 Months After Signing Reception With Faulty Products

2 months dated from the signing reception date, if the products works with problems, please describe the details to us, we offer technical support to settle the problem if it could be solved without returning back to us. If there are irremediable defects with the products and we confirm the returning, please pay the freight from your location to our repair center(freight collect is not acceptable). UkiMart will be responsible for the repair charge and freight from repair center to your location.

3>After 2 Months Dated From Signing Reception Date And Before Warranty With Faulty Product

During this time, if the products works with problems, please describe the details to us, we offer technical support to settle the problem if it could be solved without returning back to us. If there are irremediable defects with the products and we confirm the returning, please pay the freight from your location to our repair center(freight collect is not acceptable). UkiMart will be responsible for the repair charge. And customer will pay freight from repair center to destination location.

4>Product Are Manual Damaged During Warranty

If the products is manual damaged during warranty, please describe the details to us.
