To fill out the order request form:
Go to the new order page.
Start filling out the details of the first item in the fields shown below. If it is unclear on what you should enter in a field, hover over the question mark icon next to the input box for further details.
3. If you'd like to order more than 1 item, press the green "Add an item" button.
4. After filling out all the item data, enter your first and last name, as well as contact email and phone number, in the fields highlighted in red below.
5. Now, choose your final delivery method. If you'd like to collect your order from the ukimart warehouse in Sydney, then select "Offline pick-up in Sydney" in the Final Delivery Method input dropdown. Otherwise, if you'd like to have your order get delivered to you by AusPost through courier delivery, select "AusPost Courier Delivery" in the Final Delivery Method input dropdown, and enter the delivery address for your order in the address field.
6. Lastly, review our terms and conditions, check the terms and conditions checkmark, complete the re-captcha challenge, and submit your order request through the Submit Order Request button.
7. Congratulations! You have submitted your order request. Now, you'll be able to track the status of your order request on your order requests page.
To see your order request's status:
Refer to the field shown in red frame for order request's status, and the field shown in blue frame for order request's status description.
If your order request has the status "Rejected", it means that our staff members have reviewed and declined your order request. The rejection reason can be found on your order requests page.
Common reasons for order request rejection include:
Forbidden items.
Incorrect delivery address.
Rejected by customer's request.
If your order request was rejected, you can create a new order request while considering the rejection reason. If you think that your order request got rejected by mistake, please contact us through the quick support form on the Support page.
To find your price quote for your order request, check the inbox for the email address you entered while submitting your order request. To accept the price quote, press the Accept button on top of the document. Otherwise, your order request will automatically be removed after the price quote is overdue.
If you can't find your order request on your order requests page, there are three possible cases:
Your order request deleted was as it got rejected.
Your order request was deleted as you didn't accept the price quote for it.
You just accepted the price quote, and your order request moved to the orders page.
In the third case, you'll be able to find your approved order request on your orders page.
If you believe that your order request is not showing up due to an error, please contact support.
The price quote for your order request will automatically be rejected when the price quote is overdue. Your order request will also dissapear when the price quote will be overdue.
